Trying to figure out what kind of error this is, there is faint lettering between the letters of LIBERTY, what appears to be a D on his neck, and extra rims inside the rim, sorry for the crappy pictures I used my phone. I can post more later using my camera.

No one is going to be able to support you with those images. Instead of apologizing for the poor quality - take in focus, cropped images showing the areas of interest.

The mark flows over the top of the devices, then it is damaged. It flows behind it, then it would be a die issue. (But I doubt that it is. Looks more like damage like coin wrapper damage)
