Nothing special here, plucked from a bin of a shop's unsorted material (the only Roman coin in the bunch). I recognized it as a Constantinoplis with Victory on prow type, but as a genre these are numerous in their variety yet so much alike that I have difficulty assigning a precise identification to any of them.
Condition is middling, although the flan is pretty round and the strike well centered, albeit the dies look to have been just slightly oversized. Diameter is 16 mm with the weight coming in at 2.2 grams.
