I'm not really sure what happened to this quarter. Hoping one of the experts might break it down for me.

Disregard the bottom 2 photos of the obverse, it's a Wyoming quarter I thought might have an error

Looks like cup holder stains on the quarters. spendable.

I think it's just a cup holder coin. Something has etched and discolored the coin is spots.
