I know 2016 dimes are notoriously messed up, but this one seems like it might have multiple separate errors to me. It seems littered with possible chips and the line in FDR's hair is raised.

Yes those look like die chips to me too. Not sure about the "line in FDR's hair". It looks like a scratch on the coin on his forehead.
