I suspect post mint damage, but I thought that I'd ask the pros. The planchet is a little thin (which is why I suspect post mint damage), but the obverse has flow lines in it from 5 o'clock to 11 o'clock like it the entire side was Struck Through Grease. Any thoughts?

"Pop Money" coin. Thinned to use in a vending machine to get a soda for 10 cents and only use a cent to buy it.
