The gray area for me is the fact that this thing came out of a mint set which I believe means satin finish. Seems like it's not that hard to pull a 67/68 out of one of those. The major grading services are all over the place with these things. Methinks NGC is closest to reality with pricing, but I could be wrong.

Satin finish cent, these go all the way to MS-70 with PCGS.
