2007 Washington State Quarter Doubled Die? Please Help

Doubling in liberty. Need help identifying what doubling this is. Thanks

Machine Doubling altering the tops of the devices from a push from the left side. Most of the doubling on the State Quarters and the ATB Quarters is on the earlobe or on the motto area.
