I have a very shiny red 1963 wheat that had been put away. Does anyone think it's worth getting graded? It does have a lump in an area in reverse. I am fairly new to this so I'm just trying to get some opinions

I'd say this is in AU condition and worth little if anything over face, so definitely not worth having graded.

Submitting it for grading, even to ANACS, would cost CONSIDERABLY more than the coin would be worth.
Describe it as if there were no picture.

I agree with above statements, although it is a nice shiny coin but it is not in a perfectly struck high grade to carry any premium to justify slabbing which on average will cost$22 and higher.

To CCF , first of all that's a Lincoln Memorial cent . When posting a photo of a coin in question make sure it's shown right side up and always take pics of both sides front and back of the coin . From what I can see your coin does not warrant sending in for grading .

with T-BOP. If you had a 1963 Wheat cent, that would be an extremely rare coin! Without seeing the reverse, we know it's a Memorial cent as they stopped minting Wheaties with the 1958 cent.
