Wondering if this is worth grading. The obverse looks typical but the text of the upper portion of the reverse seem to me to be very weak especially considering the detail of everything else below that text. Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated!

to CCF. Not worth grading. Looks like a LDS coin,where do you see errors/varieties?
( I'm no pro, it's just my humble opinion )
