WDDR-003 find! This is my first cent with incused hub doubling, so I am very excited to have finally found one. The last photo is showing a key die marker. (2015)

Have you compared the ONE CENT area with a side by side with a normal coin. If it is like the 2013 DDR-002, then the difference will leap out at you. There is the 2013 DDR-002:
