@sofia, first welcome to CCF. Second, that looks like a 1 Riyal from Saudi Arabia. Here is a link to numista, which should be pretty close to a match:

Also, here is a close-up of the date (above) and denomination (below) for your coin. it might be fun to try reading the numerals to calculate the date.
