Found a 1967 half dollar with doubling on the half dollar part. Is it considered a DDR?

to CCF, sadly that's called Machine Doubling (MD) no added value, on the plus side the coin is 40% silver...good luck on future finds

Agreed, shelf like Machine Doubling. Nice 1967 Silver Kennedy though.
