This machine cranked out a lot of these extreme machine doubled examples. Probably the strongest, consistent MD coin found:


We have seen many of these through the years.

So the answer to the question on the title is None of the above. Machine Doubling.

They are borrowed images. They are 3-D. It took 26 images to be combined to make that one image. (very time consuming to create)
