I have a 1937 Wheat penny no mint marks, very rare, any idea why it looks different ? and how much does it worth ?

@libraman, first welcome to CCF. Second, you have a purposefully defaced Wheat cent. This coin did not leave the mint with these edge cuts. While it looks kinda cool, it is only worth about face value with this damage.

to CCF. I agree with PMD and the no mint mark means it was minted at the Philadelphia mint.Not an error and not rare,sorry.

Yes, no mint mark = Philadelphia mint, the most common mint location with millions and millions made. Somebody messed with this one - it's kinda interesting honestly but not valuable.
