There appears to be a line running from the man in the boats left shoulder to the boat itself. I have found a few of these coins and wanted to know if anyone else has found this. It is visible with the naked eye. Thank you!

Can't tell anything from your pics, they remind me of black light effects! but my guess would be a die gouge at best.

It might be a die scratch or slight feeder finger damage as it is on the field area and not affecting the sub devices:
