Purchased a claimed be unopened roll of 1955 D nickels not cheap might I add lol anyhow found this one has some type of some type of doubling doesn't appear ddd didnt have time to try to match it yet idk neat coin and in great shape. Here's a few pics

Lighting angles make it difficult to evaluate this.

Also Machine Doubling. Where to look for doubled dies is important on Nickels. They are not in the area most people look:

So the areas to look at on the medium devices are on the tops and bottoms of the devices. Most look at the vertical areas where the Machine Doubling is often found.
