Unidentified Greek bronze coin.
Obverse: Veiled head with Laurel wreath right
Rev: Standing figure with on the left a smaller standing figure: Right Greek vertical text: ΜΣΤΙΙΙΙ
Diameter:23mm
Mass: 6,4 gr

Any Ideas?

I'm also doubting letting it cleaned.

It's the restauration lab of a friend of mine. She runs a small scale lab in the North of the Netherlands in a place called "Heerenveen". Her website is only in Dutch but on it you can see some objects she has restored. https://paulienkaan.nl/
