Here is a 1959-D WQ from a US Mint Uncirculated set I just purchased from my LCS. I'm still new, but my novice evaluation is an ~MS63.
What say you guys?

too much glare on reverse to grade, MS63 is probably about it though, maybe MS62 if that's a fingerprint below IGWT

Here's a close up of the staining, which doesn't look like fingerprints to me, but I defer to the experts here.

I'd say MS-62, though it is a pretty weak strike on the reverse. Kind of a funky U on united.
