IMO the surfaces appear rather grainy, more obvious on the reverse, particularly on the "ONE CENT".
Cast counterfeit?

And another red flag is the starting price.
Additionally a coin with that catalog value should be slabbed.
Describe it as if there were no picture.
Picture it as if there were no description.
