Roger that. The rest of the coin is really nice has FSB when I was looking at it it just looked really different. Appreciate the advice.

It's is pretty wild looking. MD is usually characterized with step like features an flat in appearance? It caused by the Planchet not sitting correctly when struck? Is that right?

Hard to tell from this photo, but I think the middle bands deny this from being FSB. Can we please see a close image of the middle bands?

 Beautiful coin. And yes that is so close to full bands I think it could well be one. I am trying to make a complete sets of FSB Mercury dimes and yours would fit right in. Really nice.
