Questions About Doublings Vs Machine Error

Here is a date next to a normal date. All sides of each number seem spread out like it was a date stamped on top of another date. The seven looks like Mechanical Doubling but the center of the six and nine cause me to think it is something else

Here are 2 photos of two different coins I think are machine errors but I'm not sure.
What do you think?

Note a doubled die. Looks like circulation flattening or a die with a partial filled die with s small amount of grease on the '6'. This fill prevents the narrow part of the top of the devices to form and leaves the devices wider looking:
