I've found a few with decently significant feeder finger errors, but I'm not really sure how common they are. I do see that they seem to sell for $5-$50 on ebay depending on the condition and severity, but I'm always a little suspicious of ebay sales as a measure of rarity since you never know if it's just people getting fleeced. Do people here set them aside?

Edit: Added some pictures

If it happens to be an extreme example, I might set it aside. Otherwise I don't hang on to them much.

Not sure what you are exactly referring to as * finger feeder errors* there are no such errors except Feeder Finger Damage and roller lines damage on coins.
And as for ebay That is not always an accurated information source, as a long time seller on ebay myself I admit that unfortunately it has become a haven for misidentified/counterfeits and damaged coins being sold as ERRORS! such as the one below that is currently going for $100 ( a clear damaged/gouged and beat up peice of Junk!!

IMHO,not severe enough to be keepers unless you want to keep them.

I have not found one yet that had has enough significant amount of damage to keep. But if I do run across one, I would 2x2 it.
