Pictures are too unclear to come to any conclusions.

I am not seeing any doubling, besides possibly some Machine Doubling, but that can't be determined with these pictures.

On the 'B' there is an incuse mark with a splash direction where the metal was and now have moved from what ever damaged the coin. No premium for damage to a coin.
