so I have these bags great size for certain coins and was wondering if anyone has seen them or used them themself there are no markings on them and the smell doesn't seem to smell like a plastic container

Shower curtain smell is what you want to avoid.
Without mention of the brand or seeing the original packaging we can't tell what it is made of.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

food grade bags are safe for coins from what I gather, however, craft bags used for small items can go either way, some could be safe others not so much
Just by looking I don't think I could tell the difference

There is a type of test you can do using a piece of copper wire,you heat the copper wire and touch the plastic. Then you put the end back in the fire and watch for the color,problem is I forget what color is the safe color
