Proabable DDR on 1946 Nickel - Its quite worn and most of the devices lines have worn of - its for the expert to decipher it . The reverse slogan indicates somesort of doubling .

I am not seeing any doubling. I am seeing only circulation wear and flattening, on the devices.

On the DDR, the devices are doubled more in a horizontal fashion:
