Damage reduces the value to face value. Not a premium and not listed. 99% of the incuse marks on coin are PSD (Post-Strike-Damage) Only 1% are mint errors. The rest, roadkill.

@sf1, as a general rule, if there is a clear transfer of material from one location to another, such as the rims of a gouge as seen by the date in your first pic, it is damage. Consider taking some time to look through a few day's worth of posts on this subforum (US modern coin varieties and errors) to look at what others have posted and what the eventual conclusion was. In short time, you'll be able to spot damage on your own.

With Spence. PSD (Post Strike Damage) for sure. All of that pushed over metal tells us that it has just been damaged. A spender.
