I would like to hear some thoughts on where this Coin could possibly Grade. Thanks!

Beautiful coin, but I'm thinking those obverse scratches would hold it to MS-63.

Could the marks on the obverse be clash marks?

There is a clash on the Obverse in front of the mouth, running from the nose to the neck.

I'm not seeing one on the reverse, though there is a long die crack from about 4-7.

AU58/MS63 I'm leaning AU. I'd rather have nice AU58 than a crappy looking 63

Pretty sure I see wear on the high points and rub in the obverse field. Contact marks don't look bad and there is no obvious sign of cleaning. I'm thinking AU-55 or 58.
