I don't like the fabric, especially the reverse. Compare these examples from a major auction house: https://cNGCoins.com/Search.aspx?IS...10000&PAGE=1

I don't know much about ancients, so if you could show me how you know it's real, that could help me gain some experience with this area of collecting.

I personally think it looks like a very bad fake, but I'm not 100% sure, and if you have any proof it's real, I'd be happy to see it.

I don't know, that's why I was asking how you know it's real, so maybe I could learn.

I cant say for sure if yours is a real ancient coin. I tried to post my opinion but I kept getting an error message that said I couldn't post what I wanted to post. I would say its not real though.

If I were to look for evidence I would check this point on the edge
They seem to be the same area and it looks like a possible sprue point
If they are and the edge is flattened (as it appears) I believe it is safe to condemn it as a fake

IN GOD WE TRVST ....... all others pay cash !

COGITO ERGO SPVD
I think ...... therefore I yam
