Coin of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, of the Grand Duke - Aleksandras II Jogailaitis, between 1492-1506. Version with the letter A Gothic.

@oak, thanks for posting this coin. I agree an interesting letterform on that A.

No, there are much more variants really. You'll find 15 variants of the Lithuanian penny of Grand Duke Lithuanian Alexander Jagiellon in our future book. And there are 4 different types of Gothic A....Your coin I can count as P5 in our book, with B type of Knight and 5-A Eagle, the same, as on some Lithuanian half-groats of Alexander.
