Something strikes me as "off," but I can't put my finger on it. Maybe I'm just not used to seeing them so clean? Is this in a plastic holder? Any other pics, by chance?

It is inside a plastic holder yes, here are the other two photos in a holder.

Ah, okay. Maybe that's what I was picking up on. Looks MS-64+ to me, but I'm new to this. We'll see what the other members have to say.

I think the eagle would need more visible breast plumage to be MS64? I'm thinking this is a low 63 or maybe even an AU58 but interested to know the general consensus *shrugs*

I've found the breast plumage is often hard to see on bright coins like this, and also the strike is weak more often than not, at least on the few dozen or so I've reviewed so far. If the breast is rounded and lustrous, I usually call it good.

Nice frosty UNC! It's a bit hard to get a good feel for the depth of the cheek rash. If this is superficial (and it looks like it is), the coin is definitely MS-64. The reverse is fantastic.

the 89(P) strike is typically average and sometimes weak. this one is AVG for strike. decent amount of luster remaining but there are larger patches that appear missing particularly on the cheek. it doesn't look like there is a much chatter on the cheek but mostly rub. it might squeak into the MS64 range

A few hits over the eye and the cheek has lost its mint frost. I'd be at MS-64 for this one.
