doesn't look right somehow. Better pics required.

The seller has over 1,000 positive feedbacks this month and over 2,500 listings of mainly coins and guarantees all his coins as genuine. Is it worth it to buy it just to find out if it's real and return it if it isn't? He offers free 30 day returns.

Larger, straight-on pics would help.

I agree with John. Looking that nice for $30?!? Something smells fishy here.

Gash to the throat might hold back the grade a bit, but I could still see it going to MS-66.

Need straight on pics to know for sure. Anytime I see a coin shot from an angle it raises a red flag to me.

Not MS-66. That would be a $1,200 coin.
I played with the photos a bit, and I see what looks like a touch of circulation. The photos are not good enough for any confidence in grading, but anything from AU-58 to MS-63 would be in the ballpark for the asking price.

since the 79(S) are known for bold sharp strikes this one doesn't rise to that level. the luster looks intact pretty much on both sides. surface preservation is AVG+ including a pretty clean cheek. definitely would go MS65 and possibly 66. I would say for sure 66 if the strike was a little bolder.

Photos are making it hard to see the surfaces. I'm sure there are far more marks than what we see here. I can't grade from these.
