If we find a third different location, it may have been an engraved working hub issue. Save them all for now. Let's see how this plays out.

(IF) there's a 3rd with same mint location. Then what will it be listed as?

There could be many more than three. But a goal of three would be fore sure that is was a working hub issue. If this were a master hub issue, then all the coins would show this. If it were a master die issue, 50% could be affected.

The the examples would all show the same alteration on the cents just that year, with different mintmark locaions. This could also include Philly die examples also.
