Ok. At least 6 known now. It seems like one no one is looking for. How did I find it? I was looking at 2004 DDR's and wonder if anyone checked other years for the same issue. So I made point at looking at every reverse and it was a short time I found one on the 2002-D reverse dies. Someone also found one on the 2003 reverse die also. So rather than going by a list for things to find for certain years, I learned what has happened and that open up finding doubled dies.
