Got this poor coin today, was looking at it and wondered what could have possibly caused this kind of strike. The coin itself has environmental damage, however the head looks to have an oddly perfect circular gouge in it. It also has a hump where 1985 is, however on the back... I honestly have no idea what is going on here.

This coin was altered with two other quarters and pressed between them in a vise. This altered you coin on both sides. It is a damaged coin and only worth face value.
