Those are basicly worth silver value and the MS ones as well. I once tried selling mine to my coin dealer and he didn't even want it. I got spot price at a pawn shop.

We aren't sure if the stuff we are seeing is on the case or the coin.

In these high grades, what a TPG gives a 67/69 or a 69/70 seems to be more like gambling than luck.

If what we are seeing is dust on the case, I wouldn't be shocked if a TPG gave it a 67-69. Kind of a big range, but that's my experience. A 67 is likely, a 69 possible, a 70 is luck if the draw.
My hoard of '82s is up to 192! 218 BC x 1, 118 BC x 3, 18 BC x 1, 82 x 1, 182 x 1, 282 x 2, 582 x 2, 682 x 1, 782 x 2, 882 x 1, 982 x 4, 1082 x 1 1182 x 8, 1282 x 2, 1382 x 1, 1482 x 5, 1582 x 12, 1682 x 14, 1782 x 50, 1882 x 49, 1982 x 31

Just worth melt value.

I actually have a coin similar to that, but it isn't proof.
