Those are basicly worth silver value and the MS ones as well. I once tried selling mine to my coin dealer and he didn't even want it. I got spot price at a pawn shop.

We aren't sure if the stuff we are seeing is on the case or the coin.

In these high grades, what a TPG gives a 67/69 or a 69/70 seems to be more like gambling than luck.

If what we are seeing is dust on the case, I wouldn't be shocked if a TPG gave it a 67-69. Kind of a big range, but that's my experience. A 67 is likely, a 69 possible, a 70 is luck if the draw.
