This appears to be a Marcus Aurelius.
17.35 grams, so a sestertius or dupondius.

the inscriptions appear to be:

obverse: ***antoni-nvs avg ****
reverse: ***tas avg imp x cos III P P

However, I cannot find an exact match on Wildwinds, not with this obverse inscription.

Can anyone give me a positive attribution?

@erafjel, in my example the "anton" starts lower behind the head (just behind the hair ribbon), plus it is 6 grams underweight. What if any significance is this?

Why don't we have a diameter? It must be a sestercius

It is a bit light weight for a sestertius. Still, I think that is what it has to be, it is far too heavy for a dupondius. But the position of the text is a bit confusing, hmm...

Sorry:

The diameter is 28-29 millimeters.
