Second is a Hungarian denar dated 1521

I cannot help you authentic them though, not coins I'm very familiar with.

What are the weights and diameters?

Both are Hungarian dinars, top is older, I think 1300s-1400s, before the "Madonna + child" design was introduced.

The first one is as mentioned a 1390-1427 Hungarian Denar under Sigismund of Luxemburg;Huszar 576,Unger 449c,Pohl 117-11. The dot over the shield is the mint mark. The other one as mentioned is under King Louis II with a K-A mint mark. Numista also has an excellent listing of Hungarian Denars.
