The fibula: Probably a boar, not a horse. It's made if bronze. Yours doesn't have holes for inlays, but for comparison see:

Interesting pieces, the second piece is a Medal of Mother Mary and baby Jesus and might be medieval.

You might be better off looking for a forum that covers Roman artifacts. When we enjoy seeing items like this, we are more of a coin forum.
