Classic acid dipped coin. The pitting all over the coin as well as the reduced weight is a dead giveaway.

Looking at images photographed from a computer screen is not an ideal way to see fine, sharp details. However, your cent appears to be suffering from some sort of acidic corrosion which has defaced the surface. No collector value at this point, sorry.

If you're using a USB microscope, there should be a button that allows you to take a picture. If not, simply hit prtsc on Windows or cmd + shift + 3 to screen shot on Mac.
