Doubling On Chin And Nose? 1990 P/D Washington Quarter

I found this quarter and saw doubling on chin and nose but couldn't find any info about doubling chin and nose on 1990. Also the mint Mark is hard to tell but I'm guessing it's a p. What do you guys think?

I don't know what "the guys" think, but I think what your quarter has is called "machine doubling," which is damage, and adds no value, sorry.

I agree with Merclover, seems like MD on the nose. However the chin seems more like just damage to me, just a cut. Mintmark is just a P, definitely no D in sight.

You are correct. It is not a doubled die. MD.
