Doubling On Chin And Nose? 1990 P/D Washington Quarter

Jat330 New Member United States 15 Posts	Posted 06/29/2020 10:55 pm I found this quarter and saw doubling on chin and nose but couldn't find any info about doubling chin and nose on 1990. Also the mint Mark is hard to tell but I'm guessing it's a p. What do you guys think? Report this Post to the Staff
