I've been struggling with attributing Constantinian Era Coins, especially with identifying the emperor, because the obverse legends are all so similar! I'd really appreciate if someone could confirm, add, or revise my attributions.

1)
Obverse: Looks like FL IVL CONSTANTIVS NOB C
Reverse: GLORIA EXERCITVS; two soldiers standing on either side of two standards, with a dot in-between the two standards.
Mintmark: SMT? (I'm not sure with the last two figures)
Weight: 2.30g
Diameter: 18mm

2)
Obverse: DN CONSTANTIVS PF AVG (what kind of headgear is he wearing?)
Reverse: FEL TEMP REPARATIO; Soldier spearing fallen horseman (with a random letter M on top of the fallen horseman? Is that a mintmark?)
Weight: 2.00g
Diameter: 16mm

The first coin is Constantius II as Caesar under his father Constantine I and is from Thessalonica, mint Mark is SMTS?; the last letter is the workshop reference - looks like a gamma but hard to tell

Thanks Kiaora! I think you're right about the gamma :)
