Any ideas as to the soft strike or extra wear on the reverse. The obverse looks choice Unc with Obv choice surface, but the reverse please help, any explanation. The weight is correct 11.28 g. How to grade this coin? Mistrike rev ? Sorry about the pic, I have attempted to rotate this coin and edit 4 times but seems to be a problem. cheers   Edited by cardsparadise 07/10/2020 9:43 pm

How can you tell this one is a fake at correct weight. what other features are wrong with it. cheers

There is an extra bit on the rim, obverse 10 oclock. Reverse rim doesn't look right. Wear is impossible ie obverse UNC & reverse VG There are others on Ebay exactly the same - listed by known fraudulent sellers..

wow what good fake on first look without the close up thought it was real. It a very good injection caste fake right?

I'm not an expert on how these fakes are made. Possibly a Die Transfer fake ?

So you advised him that it was clearly fake and then he went and sold it on ebay without any warning to potential buyers. Hmmm....

 with echidna. Wear differential impossible enough to be considered as fake. A trial die pressure adjustment strike would show the same amount of detail on both sides May? be genuine, but it is hard to answer the question as to why so much differential wear. Test for comparative ping tone with known genuine .925 silver Florin.
