I think if the area would've been missing it would/will be called Interior Die Break.
The crack runs from the front of cornice down through column 9 all the way to the middle horizontal bar of E - CENT.

Thanks for answering. Yeah it's pretty nice. At first I thought maybe glue or something stuck there on steps. I've found them but more to the right on steps with crack off end to rim.
