Hello,
Sorry for bad photos.
So this one has an inner core problem and I can't find anything like it on google. Can someone please explain why this coin is like this also .any value ? Thank you.

Impossible for this to be an error as the core and ring are struck at the same time.
Someone playing in their garage flipped the core.
Fortunately it's still worth two bucks.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

All that you need is something really cold for the core and heat for the outside ring .. Bingo, it pops right out and then you flip sides. People that have done it more than a few times don't ever leave any marks when they flip the core out or put it back.
