Nice coin, nice strike. I do like '31 S cents! I'm going with AU58. Some light wear, a few minor dings, a little staining/discoloration.

Looks like a fair about of rub on Lincoln's bust. I'd say around AU-50, maybe a bit better.
The reverse is sharper.
