I would guess 64. The overexposure looks to be hiding some marks. I think the seller may have just been wanting to show off the toning, but who knows. Could be a 65 with better pics.

Not washed out. Based on the TPG grade, those are actual surfaces. One more.

Some will like the partial rim toning, some won't. I would have preferred blast white, because that is closer to original, as it left the coining press.
Some disturbance of the mint luster on the high points, a few tiny nicks.
MS-64.

I'd say an easy MS-66. Love the rim toning. 67 wouldn't even surprise me.
