Hard to tell if those are contact marks or breaks in the frost......64 if from contact, 65+ if frost breaks. Nice coin!

MS66 for me and I really like the toning that contrasts with the frostiness. Lovely, lovely coin.

So far, including possible (+) designation, nobody has gotten it right relative to the PCGS grade.

The scuffs on the face, neck and in the obverse field hurt it. The reverse is fairly clean.
I'm at 63+, but I'm usually wrong.

By process of elimination, it must be a 66+ or 67, I can definitely see a 66+ because of the eye appeal, the luster looks really strong, I doubt it made 67.

Solid MS-65 but might have been pushed to a 66. With the large field scuff on the obverse, not one I'd pay 66 money for.

66+ sounds like a reasonable grade based on the images. This date is known for numerous superb gems so 66+ is not a super high grade here.
