As someone new to collecting. I'm just wondering if this constitutes as a double die or Machine Doubling. I think it's double die. Let me know your thoughts, thanks!

Also getting the 'mother-in-law' treatment in circulation. Kind of the best/worst example of a beat up/poorly strike/worn out die example. Send it packing! Put it back to work. There is a coin shortage going on now days.
